OUR HISTORY

1983

Origins

Established in 1983, Pioneer Engineering Industries began by manufacturing sewing machine stands with a 600 tons/annum capacity using a Cupola Furnace.

1990

Growth

By 1990, a second Cupola was added, doubling the plant's capacity to 1200 TPA, focusing on supplying CI castings to Pump Industries, notably Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Dewas.

2000

Expansion

In 2000, the company expanded its operations to include CI Castings for M/s Eicher Motors Limited, Pithampur (now VECVL), M/s Eicher Tractors, Mandideep (TMTL), and CNH Ltd., Pithampur.

2006

Auto Casting Division

In October 2006, Pioneer Engineering Industries (Auto Casting Division) was established, incorporating an Induction Furnace with a 2000 TPA capacity for manufacturing SG/Grey Iron castings. Subsequently, the company introduced essential facilities including a sand plant, Pneumatic Simultaneous jolt squeeze Moulding machines, Shot Blasting Machines, Physical and Chemical Testing Laboratory, and pattern shop.

2012-Present

Capacity growth

By 2012, the capacity expanded to 5500 TPA, further increasing to 8000 TPA in 2019. Additionally, a new foundry with an initial capacity of 5000 TPA, expandable to 6000 TPA, was developed nearby.
